Who is qualified to vote?
Anyone who is registered. To register to vote, a person must meeting the following requirements: 1) the applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, 2) the applicant shall have attained the age of 18 years (17-year-olds may pre-register and will become eligible on their 18th birthday), 3) the applicant shall be a bona fide resident of the town in which he or she wishes to register. That is, their fixed home must be in the town in which the applicant intends to return when temproarily absent.
