The Cheshire Public Library is the information, cultural and continuing education center of the community. The mission of the Cheshire Public Library is to provide a conducive environment and the necessary tools to meet every Cheshire resident’s need for information, education cultural growth and recreation. The Library contains over 120,000 items in its varied collections.

HOURS
Monday through Thursday - 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Friday (and Saturday, September through June) - 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
And, from January 6, 2008 through March 30, 2008 (with the exception of Easter Sunday), the Library will be open Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
