Louis Zullo - Personnel Director / Assistant Town Manager
Personnel

The Personnel Department is involved in the recruitment, placement, hiring and promotion of all general government employees. The department is also involved in the negotiation of all collective bargaining agreements for four unions and ensures that the terms and conditions of all such agreements are enforced including settlement of all grievances. Additionally, the Department reviews and provides support to the terms of the Personnel Rules and Regulations. In conjunction with the Finance Department, the Personnel Department oversees the provision of employee medical and life insurance benefit coverage for all eligible employees.
