Planning, Zoning and Wetlands
The Planning & Zoning Department is responsible for the administration of zoning and subdivision regulations and permits, inland wetlands and environmental issues and permits, applications for development, land use regulations, and purchasing open space for preservation. The professional staff supports the Planning and Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission and the Environment Commission.
