NOTICE OF JOB POSTING, January 30, 2012 - The Town of Cheshire, Connecticut is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Police Officer. Applicants must be 21 years of age, and will be required to successfully complete a written exam, an oral interview, a thorough background investigation; polygraph, psychological, and physical exams; and a physical agility test, which is scheduled for March 15, 2012. Valid C.H.I.P. cards dated September 15, 2011 or later will be accepted in substitution.
Salary range: Police Trainee, $44,473 to Police Officer V, $64,985. Additional incentives offered.
