Program Cancellations & Changes

Youth Tennis Lessons at Cheshire Park are cancelled. A makeup class will be added to the end of the session. As of today the last day for Tuesday's 3:30PM class is May 29. The last day for Tuesday's 4:20PM and 5:10PM classes will be June 5.
Dodd Tennis Club is cancelled. This class will be made up by adding 45 minutes to the end of the class on this Thursday, May 17 and next Tuesday, May 22. The last scheduled class is now Thursday, May 24.
Adult Tennis Lessons are cancelled tonight. The Beginner Class will be made up on Thursday, May 17 at the Dodd Tennis Courts off of South Rolling Acres Road from 5:45PM to 7:15PM. The Intermediate Class will be held on Thursday, May 17 at their regular location and time (Youth Center Courts from 7:30PM-9:00PM).
Youth Soccer is cancelled tonight. As of today the program will still end on Tuesday, May 29. Please follow the schedule as it is printed for Tuesdays, May 22 and 29.
Therapeutic Recreation's Walking club is cancelled tonight. A session will be added on to the end and the program is now scheduled to end on Tuesday, June 26.
Including makeups, the Monday Youth Tennis lessons are now scheduled to end on Monday, May 21. The Wednesday Youth Tennis lessons are now scheduled to end on Wednesday, May 23.

Summer Camp

Summer Camp information is now available on our Classes, Programs and Camps page.
Summer Camp registrations are being accepted now! Register today as space is limited.
Most Sport Camp flyers are also available now. Separate registration forms and payments are required.
Pina Gentri Jaroslow Memorial Award applications are due by Friday, June 8 and are available for download here. This award will be given to a Cheshire resident entering grades 5-9 in the fall of 2012 to honor the memory of Pina Gentri Jaroslow. The winning applicant will receive a free session at a Cheshire Parks and Recreation Department camp or a $150 gift certificate and waived registration fee to an Artsplace camp, class or workshop.

The two mile parade steps off from Highland Elementary School and proceeds south along Route 10 to Cheshire High School.
