(Activity Code 10031A)

Trunk or Treat

REGISTER TODAY to take part in this fun, family, holiday event! This program is for families with children under age 14; no unaccompanied adults or children will be allowed (children must come with parent/guardian and adults must come with their children). Please arrive from 4:30 to 5:25pm to park your car, set up your trunk with decorations and wrapped candy or non-edible treats and deliver your carved pumpkin. The lot will be closed promptly at 5:30pm and no cars will be allowed to enter or exit until 7:00pm. Once all cars are parked, children will parade around the parking lot; displaying their costumes. After the parade, children will “trunk or treat” collecting candy from each car. No cars will be permitted to leave early. The Police Department will dismiss cars once the event is over and all participants have gotten back into their own cars. Admission is $5/car, 1 carved pumpkin and candy for the children. Registered participants will be emailed final details including the number of registered families after October 27 so they can bring enough treats. Parks & Rec. will set up a display with all of the jack o’lanterns and provide candles. Awards will be given for best trunk decorations!
