Town Manager - Michael A. Milone
Town Manager

The Town Manager serves as the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the overall administration of Town departments and staff, as prescribed in the Town Charter. The Town Manager prepares and administers the operating and capital budgets, implements the Strategic Plan, negotiates and executes contracts and legal agreements with the assistance of the Town Attorney, develops reports and plans, deals with citizen complaints and concerns that cannot be resolved at the department level, maintains working relationships with various State of Connecticut departments and legislative representatives, and oversees personnel matters, in addition to the day-to-day administration of the municipal government. The Town Manager is appointed by and serves the Town Council.
