The next scheduled collection delay is Monday, May 28 (Memorial Day). Trash/recycle collection will be delayed one day that week. UNSCHEDULED COLLECTION DELAYS If weather or an emergency causes an unscheduled collection delay, information will be posted here as soon as it is available.
SCHEDULED COLLECTION DELAYS FOR 2018 For 2018, trash/recycle delays will occur following these holidays: Monday, January 1 - New Year's Day Monday, May 28 - Memorial Day Wednesday, July 4 - Independence Day Monday, September 3 - Labor Day Thursday, November 22 - Thanksgiving Day Tuesday, December 25 - Christmas Day The following holidays always cause a one-day trash/recycle collection delay: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day.
The following holidays cause a one-day trash/recycle delay IF they fall on a weekday: New Year's Day (January 1), Independence Day (July 4), Christmas Day (December 25).
